I’m so excited to finally be sharing this University of Dayton wedding day with y’all! Now that I’m through the craziness of camp season, it’s time to catch up on all of the things and this was at the top of my list! Everything about this day still makes me smile, from beginning til the end! Alex and Meredith are just the sweetest couple and the way that they love each other is one of the most beautiful things to witness! And they are completely obsessed with the University of Dayton! It’s where their families went, where they met and where they met their closest friends. To say that that campus holds a lot of memories for them is an understatement!

Alex and Meredith met their freshman year of college on the ground floor of Stuart Hall. They dated from the beginning of sophomore year and on through graduation. So, naturally, when Alex decided it was time to propose he took Meredith back to the place where it all began. And in front of the chapel where they would wed a few months later, he dropped onto one knee and asked to spend the rest of forever with her.

I’ve been anxiously waiting for this wedding ever since the moment Meredith and I started talking! And especially after their chilly, March engagement session! These two are such genuine and caring people and they make everyone around them feel so special! They cherish each other and the memories they have together and their love for each other is undeniable! There were so many moments throughout their wedding day that I could just go on and on about! Especially the fact that they share my love and appreciation for Disney! Their first dance song was A Whole New World from Aladdin and Meredith had the lyrics embroidered on the back of Alex’s tie. Meredith’s dad gave a speech during their reception that had everyone laughing and crying at the same time! And their entire family welcomed Md and I right in and we felt so loved throughout the entire day! It was all just so special!

Alex and Meredith, thank you so much for choosing me as your wedding photographer! I just loved getting to know you both and being a part of this season in your lives! It’s such an honor! That bracelet was Meredith’s grandmother’s and was worn by all of her cousins on their wedding days!

These were THE CUTEST flower girls! So gorgeous! One of my favorites shots from their entire day! This chapel is just gorgeous!

They’re married!! They exited to paper airplanes being thrown through the air instead of bubbles or rice! It was so unique! These bouquets and dresses had me swooning all day! I love these colors! That veil! And this shot was taken in the exact spot where Alex proposed!

We went to Stuart Hall to take a trip down memory lane! And I’m so glad that we did!
